Debit Card, Credit Card, or Digital Wallet
Payments can also be made by card or digital wallet. Processing fees apply, and this option is not available for payroll taxes.
IRS Online Accounts
You can make payments directly through your IRS account:

EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System)
